I only make folders with the Liner Lock locking mechanism. The lock is self adjusting for wear and allows 1 hand operation. I only use 6AL4V (Grade 5) titanium for the liners in 1mm and 1.6mm thickness depending on the knife design. The blades are made by the stock-removal method, hollow ground and hand finished with a satin finish. I do not work off kits or laser cut blanks. I work of my own drawings which take a little more time but it also allows me to make slight changes to each folder to suite the steel and/or handle material of a specific folder. As a result no two folders of the same design are 100% identical
